References to Australian Standards, WHS requirements, testing methods, classifications, equipment or compliance considerations are included to explain the services and their intended scope. A reference to a Standard does not by itself mean that a site is compliant with all WHS obligations. Safe Work Australia explains that complying with a Standard does not automatically mean a duty holder has complied with WHS laws; applicable duties and risk controls depend on the circumstances. Submitting an online enquiry or quote request does not itself create a binding service contract. A quotation, scope, availability, timing and any applicable terms will be confirmed by Prime Safety before work is undertaken.
